A Cappella Training's director, Liz Janes founded the company in Basingstoke in 1997 as a Network Design and ITTraining Organisation in north Hampshire. Previously Liz had been a full time employee of Cabletron Systems. Her new company, A Cappella Training Ltd became a distribution channel for Cabletron’s outsourced training. The business moved from hardware into software training in 2002, and is established as a local, reliable Software & IT training/development company focusing on small businesses in Hampshire Berkshire Surrey and Sussex..

Liz holds a BSc in Information Technology – and majored in Complexity Management and Change. She also has a Masters Degree (MA) in Philosophy of Mind having studied the origins of language and issues in artificial intelligence.
A Cappella Training Ltd employs only highly skilled Technical Instructors with many years experience in training and conducting training needs analysis (TNAs). They are also specialised in writing, producing and delivering tailored IT training courses.
They have extensive experience in the field of IT Training, holding certificates in a wide variety of disciplines. They have worked at all business levels in diverse commercial, industrial, public sector and private sector environments.
